Organization Chart

The organisation chart helps you explore the structure of your company inside Emakin so you can quickly locate departments, positions, and people.

To open it, select your user information in the top bar and choose My Organization.

Typical Workflow

  1. Open the user menu from the top bar.
  2. Select My Organization.
  3. Browse the chart or search for the person, position, or department you need.
  4. Review the surrounding structure to understand reporting or team relationships.

What You Can Do

  • Browse departments and positions visually.
  • Search for a department, position, or user.
  • Understand where a user sits in the organisation structure.
  • Export the organisation chart as an image when that option is available.

Note: The information shown here depends on how your organisation data is maintained in Emakin.
