Top Bar¶
The top bar keeps your most frequently used personal and system actions within reach while you work anywhere in Emakin.
Typical Workflow¶
- Watch the notification area for reminders, alerts, and new activity.
- Open the user menu when you need profile settings or organisation details.
- Use page-specific actions in the same bar to act on the item currently open in the workspace.
What You Can Do from the Top Bar¶
- Check notifications and reminders.
- Open your user menu and manage personal settings.
- Access your organisation view, if it is available in your environment.
- Open product help and documentation.
- Use page-specific commands that appear beside the global controls.
Main Items¶
Notifications
Shows alerts about tasks, messages, and system events that require your attention.
User Menu
Opens shortcuts to User Profile and Organization Chart.
Help
Provides quick access to online documentation and support resources configured by your organisation.
Context Actions
The remaining area of the top bar changes according to what is open in the workspace. For example, you may see action buttons for a form, a case, or a dashboard.
