Channel Statistics¶
Channel Statistics gives channel managers a focused reporting view for case activity inside a channel. Use it to review case volume, workload, time spent, and milestone performance over a selected period.
Note: Access to Channel Statistics depends on your channel permissions.
How to Use the Page¶
- Open the channel and select Statistics.
- Set the Time Range if you want to analyse a specific period.
- Review the report that matches the question you want to answer.
If you leave the time range empty, Emakin shows all available data for that report.
Overview¶
Use Overview for a quick operational summary of the channel.
It shows:
- Open Cases
- Closed Cases
- Deadlined Cases

This report is useful when you need to judge overall channel load and identify whether deadlines are becoming a problem.

It includes:
Total Time Spent

This report helps you see whether the channel is clearing work as fast as new work arrives.
