History¶
History shows how a process or task moved through its lifecycle. Use it when you need to see who started work, what happened next, when each step changed, and where delays may have occurred.
History can usually be viewed in both a process diagram and a table layout.

Typical Workflow¶
- Open the process, task, or case you want to review.
- Switch to the history view.
- Review the diagram for the overall path and current position.
- Use the table details to confirm owners, timestamps, actions, and deadlines.
- Open related tasks when you need more context about a specific step.
