Activities¶
The Activities stream shows the ongoing conversation and recent actions for a task or case. Use it to post updates, share files, and keep the right people informed.
Typical Workflow¶
- Open the task or case you want to update.
- Enter a message or note in the activity composer.
- Add a file or link if the update needs supporting material.
- Choose who should see the update when sharing options are available.
- Submit the entry so it appears in the stream.
What You Can Do¶
- Post a message or note.
- Upload a file or document.
- Attach a link.
- Share the update with selected users, groups, or units.

Message Options¶
Share To
Choose the recipients who should see the message. In a task, this can send the update to a specific user, group, or unit.
Submit
Sends the message and publishes it to the activity stream.
Cancel
Closes the composer without sending the draft.
Import Options¶
If you attach a file, Emakin can offer several import sources depending on your environment.
My Computer
Upload a file from your device.
Camera
Capture a photo and attach it directly, if camera access is available.
Google Drive / OneDrive / Office 365
Import a file from a supported cloud storage or office integration.
Note: Available import sources depend on the integrations enabled by your organisation.
