Logging In to the System

  2. Enter Your Credentials: Input your username and password in the respective fields.
  3. Click 'Log In': Press the login button to access your dashboard.

Accessing Your Worklist

Once logged in, accessing your assigned tasks is straightforward:

  1. Navigate to the Worklist: From the Navigation Panel on the left, click on 'Worklist.'
  2. View Your Tasks: Tasks assigned directly to you, your role, or your group will be listed here.

Shortcut: Use the search function within the Worklist to quickly find specific tasks.

Initiating a New Process

Starting a new process is a core function within Emakin:

  1. Go to the Folders: In the Navigation Panel, select 'Folders.'
  2. Choose the Relevant Folder: Find the folder related to the process you wish to initiate.
  3. Initiate the Process: In the workspace, you'll find buttons for initiating tasks of each process. Click the relevant button and fill out the necessary information.

Remember: The process options available to you will depend on your permissions and role within the organization.

Setting Delegation

To ensure your work is covered during your absence:

  1. Access Calendar: Find and click the 'Calendar' button in the Navigation Panel.
  2. Select 'Dates': Choose the dates during which you will be absent.
  3. Choose 'Delegate': Select a colleague to delegate your tasks to and set the delegation period.

Tip: Regularly review and update your delegation settings to reflect any changes in your availability or team structure.
