Platform Services¶
Platform Services groups application-level integrations that are not part of authentication, messaging, or security. It contains AI Providers, Storage and Calendar, and Editors and Search.
AI Providers¶
Use this sub-tab to configure the AI providers available to the application. A provider must be enabled and have an API key before it can be selected by application features. Domain-level provider settings can override the application setting for the same client type.
Is Enabled?¶
Controls whether the provider can be used.
Client Type¶
Select the provider protocol: OpenAI, OpenRouter, Claude, or Ollama.
Name, Base Url, and Model¶
Give the provider a recognizable name, the compatible API base URL, and the model identifier to call.
Context Length¶
Defines the maximum model context size used for request planning.
API Key¶
Stores the provider credential. Use an environment-variable placeholder instead of a literal secret where possible.
Storage and Calendar¶
File Services¶
File services let users select files from integrated external systems.
Client Type¶
Defines the file-service type. The preserved documentation notes that Desktop and Webcam are built-in, while Google Drive and Office 365 depend on an integrated service definition.
Service¶
Integrated service reference. This field is shown only for OpenAuth-backed file services.

Display name shown to users.
Scopes¶
Requested OpenAuth scopes.
Calendar Services¶
Calendar services let users connect their Emakin calendar behavior to external calendar providers.
Client Type¶
Defines the calendar-service type. The preserved documentation notes that Delegation is built-in, while Google and Office 365 require integrated service definitions.

Editors and Search¶
Editor Services¶
Editor services define WOPI-compatible editors that let users edit files without downloading and re-uploading them.

WOPI discovery URL. The preserved documentation cites OnlyOffice as the supported editor-service example.
Full-Text Services¶
This section stores the address of the Tika-based full-text extraction service.
