User Interface¶

Grid-based Dashboard Designer: A new grid layout option has been introduced, allowing panels to be arranged more flexibly on the screen alongside the existing flow-based layout.

Group Navigation Menu: Navigation items can now be grouped, enabling related links to be organized under the same context.

Collapsible Navigation Menu: Users can expand or collapse the navigation menu for a more customizable workspace.

Tags: Worklist and case list tags are now searchable, making it easier to quickly find by typing.

Scripting¶

Custom Widget Context: The custom widget control now passes itself as the $Widget variable, making it easier to reference directly in scripts.

Process Designer¶

Activity Stream Enhancements: The activity stream widget now publishes activities visible to all users.

Table Designer Improvements: Drag-and-drop functionality in the table content designer has been optimized for smoother interactions.

Improvements¶

Database File Handling: Timeout duration has been removed for database-stored files, eliminating errors in large-scale deployments.

Mail Service Selection: Mail sending services are now selected based on the “From” address instead of defaulting to the first available service.

Users: Added a new option in login services to prevent updating user details (such as name, surname, etc.) from the service provider.

Cache: Cache flush command added to host administration panel. This is eliminates the local access to cache service server.

Data Stores: Shared data stores can now be registered directly from the host administration panel.

Favorite Tasks: Archived processes are no longer displayed in the favorite tasks list.
