Ema is Emakin's AI assistant for everyday work. Use Ema to understand what you see in Emakin, find the next step, and get help with the work available to you.

What Ema Can Help With

Ema can help you:

  • review your worklist and identify tasks that need attention
  • understand a work item, case, document, or the current page
  • find available processes and prepare to start one
  • summarize information and help you decide what to do next
  • review files you attach to the conversation

Ask in plain language and include the details that matter. For example, ask Ema to explain a task, summarize a case, or identify the information needed before you complete an action.

How to Use Ema

  1. Select the Ema assistant button in Emakin.
  2. Write a clear question or describe the result you need.
  3. Attach supporting files when they help explain the request.
  4. Answer Ema's follow-up questions if more detail is needed.
  5. Review the response, then start a new conversation when you begin a different topic.

Ema uses the page you are viewing to help understand your request. Give the name of a task, case, or document when you need help with something other than the current page.

Work Safely

Safe Mode is enabled by default for everyday work. Leave it on when you want information, explanations, or a proposal. If you ask Ema to make a change, be explicit about what should change and review the result carefully.

Ema works only with the information and actions available to your account. If Ema is not available, or you cannot access a task, case, document, or action, contact your Emakin administrator.
