Domains¶
This page provides an administration interface for managing your Emakin domains. Here, you can register new domains and monitor existing ones.
To register a new domain, fill in the required information and click the "Register" button.
Details¶
Register New Domain¶
Use this section to register a new domain within your Emakin application.
Name¶
Specify the subdomain name. The complete domain name will be formed by prefixing this name to your application name.
For example, if the subdomain name is test and the application name is emakindemo.com, the resulting domain name will be test.emakindemo.com.
Level¶
Define the domain level. This setting determines the features available to the domain.
The domain level must conform to the granted domain levels specified in the application license.
The available domain levels, ordered from least to most features, are as follows. Each level is cumulative, including all features from lower levels:
- OEM: Basic level.
- Standard: Allows downloading and running processes from the shared application market.
- Developer: Allows process development.
- Publisher: Allows publishing your processes to the shared application market.
- Enterprise: Provides a dedicated application market for publishing and downloading processes.
Administrator E-Mail Address¶
Enter the email address for the first administrator user to be created. This user will use this email address as their username to log into the application interface. The username cannot be modified from the user interface after creation.
This user will be a member of the Administrator group and will have access to the application interface. In addition, application error notifications will be sent to this user's email address, alongside other administrators.
Administrator Password¶
Enter a strong password for the first administrator user. This password will be used to log in to the application interface and can be changed later from the user profile page or by using a password reset email.
Language¶
Set the default culture setting for the first administrator user.
Monitor Existing Domains¶
Previously registered Emakin domains are listed in a table on this page. The columns are as follows:
Name¶
Displays the subdomain name.
Created At¶
Shows the domain creation date.
Last Accessed At¶
Displays the last date when any user accessed the domain.
Is Protected?¶
Emakin periodically checks existing domains for recent user access. If a domain is inactive for an extended period (one year), it is automatically deleted.
A protected domain will not be deleted, even if inactive.
Status¶
Displays the domain status.
Level¶
Displays the defined domain level.
Delete¶
This column contains a delete button, which permanently deletes the domain and all of its content.
