Edit Groups¶
Edit groups section is used to define new special groups using organization database designer data in the Emakin system. You can use groups to delegate work items, provide folder access or give responsibility in processes. Click Add New button to create new groups.
Name
 Name of group.
User
 Member of the group. You can add multiple members. Any organization unit can be a member of a group such as users, positions, departments and even other groups.
Furthermore, feature permissions can be selected from the āFeaturesā tab. This section allows admins to choose what selected group of users can access which of emakinās features such as ability to initiate a new process and see dashboards, accessing folders etc.
Delete
 Delete button is used to delete related row.
Delete All
 Delete all button is used to delete all member records.
Done
 Done button is used to close group content window with added information.
Done, Add New
 Done, add new button is used to close group content window and add new group.
Note: When you delete a group, Emakin system doesnāt delete any user.
