Audit Log Search¶

Audit log search allows viewing the users and the system transactions records.

Filter¶

Filter function defines the searching criteria to find needed logs in the audit log search part. Searching criteria are object, date, type and result.

Object
Choose the object for search. When you click the arrow button, the object list will open up.

Date
Choose the date for search. Pick a time period from datetime picker that involves the start date and finish date of a audit log you are searching for.

Type
Choose the type for search. When you click the arrow button, the type list will open up.

Result
Enter the object Id for search.. When you click the arrow button, the result list will open up.

Additional Filters¶

Additional filter option defines the searching criteria to find needed logs in the audit log search part. Searching criteria are user, user name, source and object Id.

User
Emakin user is selected.

User Name
Enter the user name for search.

Source
Enter the IP address for search.

Object Id
Enter the object Id for search.

Results¶

Results section lists the audit log regarding the filter criteria. Jobs are listed under the titles named Date, Obejct Type, Type, Source/IP Address, User and Result.

Search
Use to find any log in the listed audit log.

When clicked on the “Success” button below the result column, log content will open.
