Process Administration

Process Administration explains how administrators govern process visibility, permissions, and reporting inside Emakin. Processes are organised inside folders, and access to both folders and processes is controlled through access control lists.

What This Section Is For

Use this section when you need to:

  • understand where processes appear in folders
  • control who can view, design, or manage a process
  • interpret process-level statistics

When a folder is selected, Emakin can show the attached processes in the right-hand panel. If the panel is not visible, the current user may not have the required permission for that folder or process.

Default Permission Shape

Process and folder permissions are typically configured through a default security profile. In the documented default shape:

  • Administrators receive All
  • Everyone receives Read

Additional permissions can then be added or restricted through the relevant folder or process menus.
